Agree packing responsibility
Confirm whether you will pack the items or whether packing labour and materials are included. Mark boxes clearly and avoid putting heavy items on top of fragile cartons.
Specialist handling
Some high-value, oversized or unusual items need specialist assessment. Ask for written confirmation of accepted items, handling arrangements and applicable insurance terms.
