Photograph the route
Show the entrance, stairs, lift and the route between the proposed vehicle position and the door. Flag long carries, low arches and narrow turns.
Plan for changes
Tell the team about roadworks, lift faults or changed access as soon as you know. Confirm how waiting time and additional work are handled in your quotation.
