Size the job before allocation
FEROX can discuss jobs requiring two or three vans, subject to availability and load assessment. Send a room-by-room inventory and photographs; the number of bedrooms alone is not enough.
Plan the loading sequence
Label items by destination room and identify essentials needed first. Agree who is supervising each end and whether all vehicles can load or unload at once.
Confirm one written scope
Ask for the agreed vehicles, crew, packing, dismantling and stops to appear in the quotation. Changes to the inventory or route may change the plan and price.
